We are the Silvey’s (Chloe and Tim) and the Squires (Hannah and Mark). And between the four of us, we run Silvey & Squires. We are a mobile bar serving drinks from our beautifully converted horse box bar, “Sybil”.

Our offering is simple – Good quality, easy drinking wines that have been carefully picked by our supplier and sommelier, some interesting beers, lagers and ciders, including the old favourites and something a little different. A great selection of spirits including some fabulous gin and rum from Hitchin, plenty of soft drinks, and a simple but tasty list of cocktails.

We buy our wine from a local supplier and he is the brains behind our wine choices. He is a superb sommelier and can with you, produce a bespoke wine list for your wedding or party, should you want anything in particular. He can also work with you and your caterer to match wines to your menu should this be of interest.

Pre-ordered drinks for your reception and meal are offered at a discounted rate. We provide the licence, staff, glassware, garnish and even some chalkboards for your to customise.

Sybil is larger than the majority of horse box bars and as such we are lucky enough to be able to serve large groups of people quickly and efficiently as well as having plenty of storage and chilling space.
